Registration Officer¶
You review applications submitted by field workers and decide whether each one moves forward to enrolment. Your work happens under Registration in the left sidebar.
What you can do¶
| Task | Guide |
|---|---|
| Approve, send back, or archive one application | Approve a registration |
| Clear a queue of pre-checked "clean" applications quickly | Fast-lane queue — coming soon |
| Confirm and merge suspected duplicate people | Handle duplicates — coming soon |
| Run the two-officer sign-off on an enrolment batch | Two-stage batch verification — coming soon |
The application lifecycle¶
Every application moves through a fixed set of statuses. You see the current one as a coloured banner on the applicant's profile and as a column in the list.

| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| In Progress | Still being filled in by the field worker. Not yet yours to action. |
| Submitted | Ready for your review. This is your queue. |
| Request for Edit | You sent it back for changes. A comment is required. |
| Approved | Passed review — moves on to enrolment. |
| Archived | Removed from active review. Can be restored. |
Automatic checks help you decide
Before you review, the system runs background checks — duplicate detection, bank-account verification, and fraud rules. Their results appear as badges on the profile so you can focus on the applications that need a human eye.
