System Administrator¶
You keep the MIS running for everyone else: accounts, roles, program settings, and the tools that connect to the bank. Your work lives under Administration in the left sidebar — a section only administrators can see.
What you can do¶
| Task | Guide |
|---|---|
| Create users and control what each role can see | Manage users and roles — coming soon |
| Tune the fraud rules engine without a code change | Configure fraud rules — coming soon |
| Set program parameters (rates, age limits, cycles) | Program configuration — coming soon |
| Verify accounts, check balances, run transfers | Bank tools — coming soon |
Roles at a glance¶
The MIS has thirteen roles. Most operators map to one of four everyday jobs:
| Everyday job | MIS role |
|---|---|
| Registration Officer | Provincial CD Adviser / Assistant Director |
| Payments Officer | Social Protection Finance Coordinator |
| Program Manager | MIS Officer |
| System Administrator | Super Admin |
Permission changes take effect immediately
Granting or removing a permission changes what a user sees the next time they load a page. Change roles deliberately.
